Q2.What does the Phillips curve signify ? Why is it downward sloping in the short-run but vertical in long-run ?

Q3.Explain the monetary approach to exchange rate determination.

Q4.Derive the Aggregate Demand curve with the help of IS-LM analysis. Why does AD curve slope downwards ?
