7. अप्लाई कैसे करें — स्टेप बाय स्टेप

अगर पहले से नहीं है, तो DigiLocker के ज़रिए अपनी ABC ID (APAAR ID) बनाएं (नीचे सेक्शन 8 देखें)।

वर्किंग मोबाइल नंबर और ईमेल से रजिस्टर करें — दोनों पर OTP वेरिफिकेशन होगा।
अपना यूज़रनेम और 8-16 कैरेक्टर का अल्फ़ान्यूमेरिक पासवर्ड बनाएं।
लॉगिन करें, Bachelor's Degree प्रोग्रामों में BFSW चुनें, और अपना पसंदीदा Regional Centre सेलेक्ट करें।
अपनी फोटो, सिग्नेचर, 10+2 मार्कशीट/सर्टिफिकेट, कैटेगरी सर्टिफिकेट (अगर लागू हो), और फॉर्म में मांगे गए बाकी डॉक्यूमेंट्स की स्कैन कॉपी अपलोड करें।

⚠️ जुलाई 2026 सेशन की डेडलाइन 16 अगस्त 2026 है। इस साइकिल में IGNOU पहले ही कई बार यह डेडलाइन बढ़ा चुका है (यह ओरिजिनली 25 मई 2026 को शुरू हुआ था और पहले 31 जुलाई तक बढ़ाया गया था), तो 16 अगस्त को असली डेडलाइन मानकर चलें और किसी और एक्सटेंशन का भरोसा न करें जो शायद आए ही न।

8. ABC ID — इसे स्किप क्यों नहीं कर सकते

IGNOU के दूसरे UG प्रोग्रामों की तरह, हर BFSW कोर्स को दो अलग-अलग कॉम्पोनेंट्स से इवैल्यूएट किया जाता है:

Continuous Assessment (Assignments): यहां कम से कम 35% स्कोर करना ज़रूरी है।
Term-End Examination (TEE): यहां भी अलग से कम से कम 35% स्कोर करना ज़रूरी है।

एक कॉम्पोनेंट में ज़्यादा स्कोर करने से दूसरे में फेल होने की भरपाई नहीं होती — कोर्स पास करने के लिए दोनों को अलग-अलग मिनिमम थ्रेशोल्ड पार करना ज़रूरी है। Practicum कोर्सेज़ को आपके असल फील्डवर्क परफॉर्मेंस और रिपोर्ट्स के आधार पर भी अलग से एसेस किया जाता है, सिर्फ लिखित पेपर से नहीं।

सभी BFSW कोर्स की Self-Learning Material (SLM) IGNOU के आधिकारिक डिजिटल रिपॉज़िटरी eGyanKosh पर मुफ्त उपलब्ध है — वहां "Bachelor of Social Work (BFSW)" सर्च करके ऊपर बताए गए हर कोर्स कोड की ब्लॉक-वाइज यूनिट्स देखी जा सकती हैं। Regional और Learner Support Centres भी साल भर काउंसलिंग सेशंस और प्रैक्टिकम-ओरिएंटेशन सेशंस चलाते हैं, जो फील्डवर्क कॉम्पोनेंट्स के लिए खासतौर पर मददगार होते हैं।
