Writing और Paper से जुड़े नियमWriting & Paper Rules
- Assignments सिर्फ हाथ से लिखे (hand written) होने चाहिए; typed assignments बिल्कुल भी accept नहीं किए जाएंगे। Handwriting साफ और पढ़ने लायक होनी चाहिए।
- Paper size एक जैसा होना चाहिए — A-4 white colour, ruled paper इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है।
- किसी एक black या blue ink pen का इस्तेमाल करें। 'RED' ink pen इस्तेमाल न करें।
- Question paper को hand written format में attach न करें।
- Assignments must be hand written only; no typed assignments will be accepted. Handwriting should be neat and readable.
- Paper size should be the same — A-4 white coloured, ruled paper may be used.
- Use any one black or blue ink pen. Do not use a 'RED' ink pen.
- Do not attach the question paper in hand-written format.
Submission के नियमSubmission Rules
- Assignments हर अलग course के लिए उसके question paper के साथ जमा करने होते हैं।
- Assignment कभी भी email के जरिए न भेजें, वह process नहीं किया जाएगा — जब तक कि concerned LSC ने खुद इसका जिक्र न किया हो।
- Downloaded question paper की एक photocopy और अपना IGNOU Identity Card assignment के साथ जरूर attach करें।
- "Unfair means / Copying Assignments" का इस्तेमाल बिल्कुल भी allowed नहीं है।
- Assignments are to be submitted with the question paper for each separate course.
- Never send the assignment through email; it will not be processed, unless specifically mentioned by the concerned LSC.
- Please attach a photocopy of the downloaded question paper and your IGNOU Identity Card along with your assignment.
- "Use of unfair means / copying assignments" is not allowed.
Deadline और Records का ध्यान रखेंDeadlines & Records
- Assignment जमा करने की last date (अगर IGNOU-New Delhi द्वारा extend न की जाए) June Term End Exam के लिए 31st March और December Term End Exam के लिए 30th September है।
- Late submission किसी भी हालत में accept नहीं किया जाएगा।
- Coordinator / Study Centre को due date के बाद मिले assignments reject करने का अधिकार है। इसलिए due date से पहले ही submit करें।
- Submit किए गए assignment सेट की एक photocopy अपने पास record के लिए रखें (बाद में मांगी जा सकती है) और assignment submission receipt को सुरक्षित रखें।
- Last date of assignment submission (if not extended by IGNOU-New Delhi) is 31st March for the June Term End Examination and 30th September for the December Term End Examination.
- Late submission of assignments will not be accepted on any account.
- The Coordinator / Study Centre has the right to reject assignments received after the due date. Submit before the due date.
- Please retain a photocopy of the assignment set you submit for your own record (you may be asked to produce it later), and keep the assignment submission receipt in safe custody.
