Section—I
Q1.Elucidate the concept of human security and its relevance in contemporary times.
Q2.“Peace building is dependent on human security, both locally and globally.” Examine.
Q3.Critically examine Gandhian vision of Human Security.
Q4.Discuss the interrelationship between development and global warming.
Q5.Examine the emerging dimensions of human security in South Asia.
Section—II
Q6.Discuss the future scenario in the area of food security in the light of the National Food Security Act.
Q7.Write short notes on the following in about 200 words each : 5+5
(a) Galtung’s idea on structural violence
(b) State violence in South Asia
Q8.Critically explain the effectiveness of state sponsored measures for social and economic security.
Q9.Explain the practices of Gandhian thought in international cooperation.
Q10.Examine the human security issues and challenges in International relations.
