Q1.Explain the major macroeconomic instruments of monetary policy. What is a Monetary Policy Framework Agreement (MPFA) ?
Q2.Explain the two approaches of “import substitution industrialisation” and “export led growth” for economic growth. Why is a trade policy important for an economy ?
Q3.State the importance of agriculture sector in stimulating the overall growth rate of the economy. What has been the trend in the contribution of agriculture sector to the overall GDP of India ?
Q4.Explain the theoretical rationale for the promotion of Small Scale Industries (SSI). Do you agree that the promotion of small scale sector acts as an anti-inflationary force ? How ?
