Q4.Write a note on Network Governance.
Section—II
Q5.Explain the meaning, objectives and methods of work measurement.
Q6.Examine the implementation of public system management reforms that have been introduced in India.
Q7.Discuss the salient features of the Right to Information (RTI) Act, 2005 and bring out the necessary measures for revamping administrative system to operationalize the RTI Act.
